Welcome to the Oundle Museum
website. Oundle itself is a beautiful stone built market town in
Northamptonshire. The history of the town is evident from the
many houses over 300 years old.

Oundle Museum is in the former Courthouse and is an independent museum wholly staffed by volunteers. |
Oundle Museum is an award winning Accredited Museum with displays about our history from the prehistoric to modern times including many exhibits from the Roman, Saxon and Medieval periods. Next to our permanent display gallery we have an exhibition room which changes each year so there is always something new to see.
The Museum is open March to November on Saturdays 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Sundays and Bank Holidays from
2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and for groups by special arrangement. Please see our contact page on how to get in touch. The museum has free car parking nearby and admission is free, although we welcome donations.
